Return Policy

All returns require a return authorization number.

Any return without a return authorization number will be returned to sender.

To obtain a return authorization number call 714-841-8911 or email: scoreit@scoreitsports.com. Please refer to your order number or your date of purchase as a reference. An approximate date is acceptable.

Defective Product

All Score It, Score One Scorekeeper products are tested for quality before leaving Score It, however, we understand that under normal wear and tear the product may be defective while it is still covered under the 2 year warranty.

Contact Score It to receive a return authorization number and return your scorekeeper, once we receive it we will send you a new one, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

Products not manufactured by Score It are covered by the original manufacturer warranty.

Refunds and Exchanges

Shipping will not be refunded.

For an exchange or full refund of the purchase price the return authorization must be given within 7 days of delivery and product must be received by Score It within 14 days of delivery.

Product may be exchanged or returned up to one month after delivery. After 7 days there is a 20% restock fee that will apply to the refund.

No exchanges or returns are allowed after 30 days, sorry.
